Our story
It started with frustration. Tools rattling around in a Packout box, batteries rolling off benches, time wasted hunting for the right bit. We knew there had to be a better way — so we built one.
LD ToolForge was born out of a passion for organisation and a respect for quality gear. Using professional-grade CAD software and precision 3D printing, we set out to create accessories that slot in perfectly, hold firm on site, and stand up to the daily grind of a real workday.
What started as a passion project quickly grew into something bigger — because it turned out, plenty of tradies felt the same way.
How we make it
Every product starts as a precise digital design developed in-house, built specifically for Milwaukee PACKOUT and Ryobi compatibility. From the first prototype to the final print, each component is purpose-built to exact tolerances — ensuring a secure fit, repeatable performance, and long-term durability.
We control every stage of manufacturing, from material selection and print settings through to structural stress testing and fit verification. Nothing leaves our facility without passing our own quality bar. Same standard, every single time.
